Elementary Teacher-Leader
We are looking for an elementary teacher to join our team in August 2025. This position is meant to be an immersive, hands-on experience with a pathway to becoming a co-head of school at Allium. In this role, you will learn about Wildflower practices and being a teacher in the Montessori classroom, while also an administrator, a community leader, and an entrepreneur.
Hours: Full-Time

Elementary Assistant Teacher
We are seeking an elementary assistant teacher to join our team in August 2025. This position would be great for someone interested in learning more about our innovative teacher-led micro school model, as well as Montessori’s self-directed, whole-child approach to education.
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time
