Allium is an intentionally small, close-knit community, where teachers develop deep, sustained relationships with students and their families. As administrative and curricular decision-makers, teachers can respond to students’ academic and social-emotional needs promptly and holistically. In addition, empowered teachers model leadership rooted in creativity, humility, and courage.
We are looking for an elementary teacher-leader to join our team starting in August 2021. This position is meant to be an immersive, hands-on experience with a pathway to becoming a co-head of school at Allium. It is a way to take an integrated approach to learn about Wildflower practices as well as learn about the roles and responsibilities of being a teacher in the classroom, an administrator, a community leader, and an entrepreneur.
